Great China Compliance

Mission

Address the lack of higher education for compliance professionals and promote Collective Action initiatives in the healthcare sector

Goals

The project's objectives were to:

  • Develop a compliance education program for college students and professionals, integrating corporate compliance into higher education.

  • Launch a short-term Corporate Compliance Program starting from Shanghai and gradually expanding its reach across the region and eventually nationwide.

  • Foster collaborative efforts through publications, working groups, and annual meetings to share compliance knowledge and techniques.

  • Host sector-specific annual meetings, such as in the healthcare sector in Shanghai, to summarize compliance development and set sector-specific standards.

  • Establish higher education standards for corporate compliance based on initial experiences, aiming to enhance compliance awareness and techniques among healthcare compliance professionals in China by the project's end.
