Mission

Support Brazilian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in creating a more ethical and sustainable business environment

Goals

The initiative Jornada Íntegra (Integrity Journey) sought to build the capacity of Brazilian small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) with the support of their peers.

Activities

The Jornada took place in ten stages over a year. As a starting point, participants chose one of four main business objectives: (1) Participating in a tendering process; (2) Receiving investments; (3) Supplying goods and services to large businesses; or (4) Interacting with public agents.

Afterwards, participating companies had to implement an integrity programme, participating in webinars, events and training along the way and being able to count on the mentoring of a group of experts who have marked their commitment to the Jornada.

At the end of the journey, participarting companies were evaluated to determine whether they will continue to share their success stories among other SMEs.
