TI-Bulgaria served as independent monitor of the tender for the construction of homes for medical and social care for children under 3 years of age. This IP was one of three pilot IPs as part of the ‘Increasing Integrity through Advocacy: Counteracting Corruption in Public Contracting’ project funded by the Siemens Integrity Initiative Second Funding Round.
