TI-Bulgaria served as independent monitor of the tender for the construction of Lot 2 of the Struma Motorway. This IP was one of three pilot IPs as part of the ‘Increasing Integrity through Advocacy: Counteracting Corruption in Public Contracting’ project funded by the Siemens Integrity Initiative Second Funding Round.
