Bremen-Mitte Clinic Integrity Pact
Mission
Ensure transparency and integrity in the procurement and execution of the construction of the Bremem-Mitte Clinic
Activities
The Regional Health Agency Gesundheit Nord signed an Integrity Pact with Transparency International Germany in 2009 to oversee the planning and construction of the Bremen-Mitte Clinic. An independent expert with a legal and construction background contributed to the monitoring. The construction project experienced delays and finished with higher costs than anticipated. But a parliamentary inquiry determined that there was no corruption with the use of the Integrity Pact.
