Promote coherance in the design and implementation of business integrity policies across Mexican government institutions
Goals
The Business Integrity Programme Model document was developed by Mexican government institutions including the Ministry of Public Affairs’ Unit for Ethics, Public Integrity and Prevention of Conflicts of Interest. The aim was to contribute to the design and implementation of business integrity policies according to the provisions established in articles 21 and 25 of the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities.

This document was drafted in cooperation with the main business associations and chambers of Mexico.
Activities
The model document also contains various suggestions for good practices in the area of business development in Mexico, including joint efforts between the public and private sectors.
