Siemens Integrity Initiative Golden Stretch Round

Support organisations that fight corruption and fraud through Collective Action, education and training

Siemens launched the global Siemens Integrity Initiative in 2009, with more than USD 100 million to support organisations that fight corruption and fraud through Collective Action, education and training. The eight projects funded under Siemens’ Golden Stretch round cover a variety of integrity, collective action, and anti-corruption themes.

The Siemens Integrity Initiative brings together a broad network of stakeholders united by the goal of promoting fair competition and combating corruption. Core stakeholders include Siemens AG, as the funder and initiator of the program, and civil society organizations, international institutions, and academic partners that design and implement integrity and compliance projects worldwide. Businesses and industry associations are key stakeholders, benefiting from strengthened compliance cultures and improved market conditions. Governments, regulators, and development banks also play a role, as they align with and reinforce anti-corruption standards fostered through the initiative. Ultimately, society at large - including employees, consumers, and communities - are indirect stakeholders, as they gain from increased trust, transparency and accountability in business practices.

The Siemens Integrity Initiative funds and supports projects worldwide that promote business integrity, strengthen compliance standards and combat corruption through Collective Action. Its activities include capacity building, policy development, training, and fostering partnerships between the private sector, civil society, and international organizations.
