Promote compliance and integrity in Brazil

Goals

The initiative aims at improving the culture of compliance and integrity among lawyers, with the development of a certification (“ethics badge”) for the Brazilian law firms in Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Stakeholders

The initiative is led by the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito E Ética Empresarial (IBDEE) that participates in the Basel Institute’s Collective Action Mentoring Programme.
