Anti-Corruption Collective Action Impact Centre

The mission is to harvest and scale Collective Action by serving as a global incubator for practitioners to design and implement localized projects. Through side-by-side mentorship and specialized methodologies, the centre provides the structured framework and continuous guidance needed to turn these initiatives into practical, locally-led projects with a solid basis for impact.

The ACCA is designed to provide educational services, to promote research, and to foster the practical implementation of Collective Action initiatives. Through its flagship programme, the Anti-Corruption Collective Action Certificate (ACCA), the Centre promotes the practical implementation of Collective Action based on a tailored methodology and close guidance.

Primary stakeholders are participants from the private and public sectors, as well as civil society. A second layer includes communities and organizations benefiting directly, creating a ripple effect.

The Centre implements its mission through its flagship programme, the Anti-Corruption Collective Action Certificate which follows three phases:

Phase 1: Strategic Mapping & Design. Under the Centre’s guidance, participants identify corruption challenges and map stakeholders to design actionable project plans. This includes clear objectives, measurable indicators, and stakeholder engagement strategies for attaining support, ensuring initiatives are both locally rooted and viable.

Phase 2: Guided Implementation & Mentoring. The Centre instructs participants as they transition from design to action. Implementation is monitored through targeted workshops, individual coaching, and direct IACA mentorship. To maximize the potential for impact and ensure successful implementation, the Centre’s team conducts field missions to provide on-site advisory and facilitate engagement with stakeholders.

Phase 3: Sustainability and Follow-up. Following the formal conclusion of the certificate, the Centre maintains a commitment to sustainability through continuous communication and technical support to participants. This ongoing follow-up strengthens initiatives’ resilience and helps evolve them into long-term projects.
