Mission

Enhance governance and anti-corruption practices in the agribusiness sector in Indonesia

Goals

The Anti Corruption Collective Action in the Agribusiness Sector was established in 2022 with the following goals:

  • Foster dialogue between key stakeholders, including the private sector and government agencies, and promote collaboration and partnerships to combat corruption effectively;
  • Advocate for robust anti-corruption policies specifically tailored to the agribusiness sector; -Enhance integrity within the business sector by promoting ethical practices;
  • Encourage the adoption of transparent business operations and governance;
  • Support the development of a sustainable and ethical business environment through Collective Action.

Stakeholders

The initaitive is led by the Global Compact Network Indonesia. It receveived funding from the Siemens Integrity Initiative.

The Global Compact Network Indonesia fostered partnership with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) of Indonesia, the Koalisi Anti Korupsi Indonesia (KAKI), Transparency Internaitonal Indonesia, the International Chamber of Commerce Indonesia, and the Paramadina University.

Activities

The initiative engages with private sector actos to enhance governance and anti-corruption practices, partners with the public sector for regulatory advocacy, collaborates with CSOs to strengthen stakeholder connections, connects with academia for resources, and leverages the media to amplify its impact.
