Vanessa Hans, Head of Private Sector, Basel Institute on Governance, moderated a panel of leading voices in Collective Action from the public sector, private sector, civil society and the OECD:

• Vitor Geromel of the Anti-Corruption Division of the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs at OECD discussed why anti-corruption Collective Action is important to the OECD and how the OECD engages with the private sector on anti-corruption.
• Daniela Santana Silva of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Chile, shared the experience of her Office in engaging with the private sector on anti-corruption. This includes her experience with developing Chile’s National Anti-Corruption Strategy.
• Soji Apampa of the Convention on Business Integrity (CBi), shared real-life experiences of fighting corruption through Collective Action in Nigeria. He explained how civil society organisations seeking to facilitate Collective Action could set themselves up for success, and gave tips on how to measure the success and impact of a Collective Action initiative.
• Vibeke Lyssand Leirvag, Managing Director of Felicia Designs Ltd., shared insights on how multinational companies can use innovative Collective Action approaches to strengthen integrity along their supply chains. As a member of the Thai Collective Action Against Corruption, she explained the benefits that many SMEs see in engaging in Collective Action and what SMEs expect from other stakeholders.
