National Education Platform Integrity Pact

Mission

Ensure integrity and transparency of the procurement of a platform to manage Romanian children's school data

Activities

The Romanian Ministry of National Education is implementing an Integrity Pact to oversee procurement aimed at creating an online platform and centralised online method for managing and collecting all information related to Romanian children's school results and educational activities.

This project had initially been selected in 2016 for the pilot Integrity Pacts - Safeguarding EU Funds programme, but experienced significant delays in the design of the project. In 2019, the Ministry of National Education, however, contacted TI-Romania in order to revive the Integrity Pact to oversee the tender and implementation of this project.
