Mission

Promote ethics among publicly traded companies in Turkey

Goals

The Integrity Guidelines for Publicly Traded Companies project aimed at promoting ethics among publicly traded companies in Turkey. The guidelines set out 17 ethics principles based on best practice, encouraging publicly traded companies to have a dedicated ethics and compliance department and fulfil ethics reporting requirements by sharing those reports with their stakeholders.

The project was lead by the Ethics and Reputation Society of Turkey (TEID) in cooperation in collaboration with the Association of Listed Companies (KOTEDER).
